Amazing Venues in Suffolk & Nassau County to host your event!


Planning a baby shower is an exciting way to celebrate an upcoming arrival, but finding the perfect venue can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re looking for a cozy café, a scenic waterfront spot, or an elegant private room, Long Island and NYC have plenty of options to fit every style and budget. Speaking as a vendor, I've seen many venues, and there are definitely some that stand out! Here are some of my favorite places to host a memorable baby shower!


Suffolk County Baby Shower Venues


1. The piermont (babylon, NY)

✨ Why I Love It: For those of you that love a waterfront view, look no further than The Piermont. They offer breathtaking sights of the Great South Bay. The venue features modern, stylish event spaces with floor to ceiling windows, creating a ton of natural light for a daytime event. One word of advice - if you plan on a balloon garland or any other type of display that you will want to use as a backdrop for pictures, please avoid setting up in front of the windows! It makes for quite the nightmare for photography. Instead, choose one of the side walls.

2. Watermill Caterers (Smithtown, NY)

✨ Why I Love It: If you're looking for an elegant baby shower venue with top-notch service, Watermill Caterers delivers. Their event spaces range from intimate rooms to grand ballrooms, and their menu options are perfect for a special gathering. There are so many great outdoor spaces for beautiful photographs, so if pictures are top priority for you, this venue is a winner!

3. Toast Coffeehouse (Patchogue, Bay Shore, & Port Jefferson, NY)

✨ Why I Love It: If you live on Long Island, you've probably been to Toast. The food is amazing, the Mimosa Flight (for your non "expecting" guests) are to die for, and the service is great! If you're looking for a more casual, yet stylish vibe, Toast Coffeehouse offers private brunch parties with a menu full of delicious options.

4. The Vineyards at Aquebogue (Aquebogue, NY)

✨ Why I Love It: If the guest of honor loves wine (and is looking forward to a post-baby glass!), this beautiful vineyard setting is a dreamy choice. The serene views and cozy tasting rooms make for a unique and intimate shower. You will truly feel like you've stepped out of Long Island, and you'll be transported to another world. I can't say enough good things about this venue, it's completely stunning inside and out, and the staff is wonderful.

5. Flowerfield (St. James)

✨ Why I Love It: This venue is one of my all time favorites. They offer a timeless and elegant atmosphere with beautifully landscaped gardens, making it perfect for a spring or summer baby shower. Their beautiful indoor atrium is such a stunning space, offering the perfect indoor option for any event. Their catering menu is full of upscale options that will impress guests.


Nassau County Baby Shower Venues


1. The Cottage at Milleridge Inn (Jericho, NY)

✨ Why I Love It: This charming, historic venue offers private event spaces with a warm, homey feel. Their catering options include delicious brunches, making it a great spot for a cozy daytime celebration. The space is beautiful and the staff is wonderful! If you are hosting your event during the Holiday Season, there is an adorable Christmas Village only a short walk away!

2. stewart manor country club (garden city, NY)

✨ Why I Love It: Stewart Manor Country Club offers a classic and elegant atmosphere with private event spaces and customizable menus. It’s an excellent choice for a more traditional and sophisticated baby shower celebration. The staff is excellent and they have nice areas on the grounds for great photos!

3. rare 650 (syosset, ny)

✨ Why I Love It: For those looking for a modern, upscale restaurant setting, Rare 650 offers a stylish ambiance, exceptional service, and a high-end menu featuring fresh seafood and steaks. There is a beautiful greenhouse space for you to host your event that makes for bright dreamy images! It’s perfect for a chic, intimate baby shower.

4. sea cliff manor (sea cliff, ny)

✨ Why I Love It: If you’re looking for a charming, intimate, and romantic venue, Sea Cliff Manor is a great choice. Overlooking the Long Island Sound, this waterfront estate offers stunning views, a cozy yet elegant ambiance, and top-notch cuisine.

5. heritage club at bethpage (farmingdale, NY)

✨ Why I Love It: Located on the historic Bethpage State Park golf course, this venue combines classic elegance with a country club feel. With spacious ballrooms, lush greenery, and high-end catering, it’s a sophisticated yet warm setting for a baby shower. The staff is wonderful, and there are plenty of areas around the grounds for great pictures!


Wherever you choose to host your baby shower, small details can make it extra special. Hiring a local bakery for themed cupcakes, a local designed cookie baker, a floral designer for simple centerpieces, or adding some fun activities.
